Genesis 13 Labs supplies materials strictly for laboratory research use only.

Because of the nature of research materials, refunds are governed by a clear, written Quality Guarantee and defined fulfillment standards.

This policy explains when refunds are issued, when they are not, and how the process works.

Quality Guarantee — Purity & Net Content

Genesis 13 Labs offers a 30-Day Quality Guarantee limited to purity and net content only.

If an independent, qualified third-party laboratory confirms that a purchased lot:

• is below 99% purity, or
• contains less net content than stated (for example, labeled 10mg is not 10mg),

Genesis 13 Labs will issue a 100% refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery, even if the vial has been opened.

Sterility / Endotoxin (Where Applicable)

For products where sterility or endotoxin specifications are explicitly stated, the same guarantee applies.

If a qualified laboratory confirms the product fails the stated specification, you are covered.

What This Guarantee Covers

• Purity below stated specification
• Net content shortages
• Verified sterility or endotoxin failures (where applicable)

This guarantee exists to enforce supplier accountability, not outcomes.

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

Refunds are not issued for:

• Expectations, outcomes, or results
• Improper handling, storage, or misuse
• Use outside lawful laboratory research purposes
• Third-party claims not supported by independent lab documentation
• Requests made after 30 days from delivery

Genesis 13 Labs does not offer refunds based on research conclusions, experimental outcomes, or interpretations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos

We will replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

To request a refund under the Quality Guarantee:

• Contact support by completing the form below
• Provide your order number and lot information
• Submit independent lab documentation confirming the failure to meet stated specification

Once verified, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Genesis 13 Labs may offer product exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item received was incorrect
• The item arrived damaged
• The product is unopened and reported within 7 days of delivery

Exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To request an exchange:

• Include your order number
• Provide clear photos if applicable

If approved, instructions will be provided for resolution.

Exchanges are not available for:

• Opened products (unless covered under the Quality Guarantee)
• Change of mind
• Research outcomes or expectations
• Improper handling or storage

All exchange decisions are subject to compliance review and internal verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of research materials:

• Physical returns are not required for verified quality claims
• Items without a documented quality or fulfillment issue are non-returnable
