Genesis 13 Labs offers a 30-Day Quality Guarantee limited to purity and net content only.
If an independent, qualified third-party laboratory confirms that a purchased lot:
Genesis 13 Labs will issue a 100% refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery, even if the vial has been opened.
For products where sterility or endotoxin specifications are explicitly stated, the same guarantee applies.
If a qualified laboratory confirms the product fails the stated specification, you are covered.
This guarantee exists to enforce supplier accountability, not outcomes.
