Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and service availability.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all Canadian orders over $199
• Orders under $199 are charged a flat shipping rate of $15 at checkout
• All shipments include tracking once dispatched

Delivery Timeframes

Most Canadian orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier conditions, or seasonal volume.

Genesis 13 Labs is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off and tracking has been issued.

Returns & Order Issues

Because Genesis 13 Labs supplies research-use materials, returns are handled under strict guidelines.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Quality Guarantee

All Genesis 13 Labs products are protected under our Quality Guarantee, which governs purity and net content only.

If an independent third-party laboratory test confirms that:

• the material is below 99% purity, or
• the net content is short (for example, labeled 10mg is not 10mg),

a 100% refund will be issued within 30 days, even if the vial has been opened.

For products where sterility or endotoxin specifications are stated, the same standard applies if a qualified lab confirms failure to meet the stated specification.

This guarantee applies only to laboratory research use and does not cover outcome-based claims or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Orders with no documented quality or fulfillment issue
• Refund requests based on outcomes, expectations, or results
• Products used outside lawful laboratory research purposes
